What time can I check in at Camping Lake Iseo?
Check-in for accommodation (tents, lodges, mobile homes) is available from 3:00 PM, while caravan pitches are accessible from 1:00 PM. You may arrive earlier to register, but we cannot guarantee entry to the accommodation or pitch before the scheduled time.

What time do I need to check out of my accommodation or pitch, and how does check-out work?
Check-out is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM for accommodation and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM for pitches (NOT before 8:00 AM for either). If you wish to depart during the night and are staying in accommodation, you must inform reception the day before your departure.

How does payment work at Camping del Sole Village on Lake Iseo?
The required deposit is paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival (by debit card, credit card, or cash up to €3,000).

Can I receive visits from friends or relatives at the campsite?
Day visits: Allowed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM upon payment of the “visitors” fee at reception
Visitor stays in accommodation: In case of overnight stays within maximum capacity limits, additional guests pay only the tourist tax (upon registration at reception)

How does car parking work at the campsite on Lake Iseo?
Your rate includes parking for one registered car only. Parking next to pitches or accommodation is strictly forbidden. Cars must be left in the dedicated parking area. Upon check-in, you will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times to gain access to the campsite via reader. Loading/unloading by car inside the campsite is allowed only from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while during the night entering and exiting with a vehicle is permitted exclusively from the external parking lot.

Which shared facilities are available (restrooms, laundry, swimming pools, Wi-Fi)?
Hot water, showers, and toilet paper in the restrooms are free of charge, as is access to chemical toilets, the baby nursery room, accessible restrooms (key available upon request at reception or the beach bar), and the camper service area. Paid laundry facilities are available on-site. Inside the village, you will find 3 swimming pools and several sports courts free of charge (except tennis and beach volleyball, which carry an extra charge).

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi coverage across the entire campsite.

Is the use of the swimming pools included in the price?
Yes, access to the swimming pools is always free for our guests. Swimming caps are not required.

Does the campsite have direct access to the lake?
Yes, Camping del Sole Village directly overlooks Lake Iseo. We have spacious lawn and beach areas where you can relax in the sun or go for a swim in total comfort.

How far is the center of Iseo from Camping del Sole Village?
The historic center of Iseo is very close. You can reach it with a flat 10-minute walk (approx. 800 meters) along the pedestrian/cycle path that runs along the lake.

Can I bring my dog with me to Camping del Sole Village?
Yes, the campsite is divided into two areas: one where dogs are allowed (always on a leash) and one where walking with dogs is forbidden. Dog entry requires a fee and must be declared at the time of booking. With your four-legged friend, you can go to the dedicated dog beach with direct access to the lake. You will also find a dedicated dog-washing tub.
